ATG embraces TAP and is issuing cards to as many of its technicians as possible. TAP works well for our organisation for two reasons - firstly, it allows technicians to carry a truly portable record of their training (as many of our technicians work across multiple venues); and secondly it promotes a greater ownership of one's own training portfolio and a sense of pride in personal development.
